Trent Basin

Nottingham

Trent Basin is a low-energy neighbourhood, consisting of 350 equitable homes at Nottingham’s Waterside, and is an early phase of a pivotal 250-acre regeneration zone just over a mile from Nottingham’s city centre.

Delivered by Blueprint and Nottingham City Council, we are working with award-winning architects and master planners to blend unique design and local heritage to recognise the true potential of the area, creating unique homes that meet the needs of the People who will live there.

The neighbourhood is also home to a ground-breaking energy installation (the largest of its kind in Europe) which has attracted international attention and provided the template for future models of Community generation.
