Porth Teigr is a vibrant Welsh hub for creative professionals, and a catalyst for investment in Cardiff Bay. In partnership with the Welsh Government, we worked with care to ensure that Porth Teigr became a sustainable, creative home to an exciting, growing Community, including BBC Wales, Gloworks Centre for Creative Industries for the Welsh Assembly Government, and BBC Worldwide’s Doctor Who Experience.
The 1.2 million sq ft masterplan delivered 1,010 new homes, as well as a 210,000 sq ft BBC Wales Roath Lock Studios, marking one of the largest investment deals for new drama facilities in Europe.
