400 Caledonian Road is a new addition to a road famous for its interesting buildings. With an aim to deliver long-term value, we carefully restored listed buildings while developing additional space to create a valuable mixed-use hub for creatives. Considering the Community and identity of the place, we worked with Brady Mallalieu Architects to ensure our work was true to the character and needs of the area, creating a sustainable development comprising a mix of new homes, creative workspaces and intimate courtyards.
