Samatha Veal

As Executive Director at igloo, Sam oversees project delivery across the wider Midlands region. Sam is also the CEO of our innovative, Nottingham-based, public-private sector joint venture, Blueprint Regeneration. Across both of her roles, she works closely with our clients, partners and the Community to ensure our work delivers value and impact for the world we need next.

Sam joined igloo in 2018, bringing more than 30 years of experience in development management, public-private partnerships, governance and the residential sector. Sam is also a Chartered Surveyor and an experienced non-executive director.

Passionate about People, Place and Planet, Sam believes igloo’s progressive approach to design and sustainability is providing genuine choice for customers and partners and is helping the Midlands region overcome core challenges through transformative change.
