Robert Knight

Robert is the Chair of igloo, playing a key role in our executive team as they manage our business operations, and oversee the procurement and delivery of our developments across the UK.

Known for energising our ambitions and driving development excellence, Robert’s rigorous approach to project monitoring and review has led to numerous award-winning developments.

Robert joined the business in 2006, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Mowlem and Crest Nicholson, and an extensive background in construction management, surveying, environmentalism, and corporate construction surveying.  

His influence has reached beyond igloo, with active involvement in various industry organisations such as the UK Construction Clients Group, Constructing Excellence, The Strategic Forum for Construction, and the Bristol Constructing Excellence Club, where he has been able to lead and influence positive change within the construction industry.
