Head of Customer Experience, Rachel oversees and develops igloo’s customer journey, ensuring our values are upheld at every single customer touchpoint.  

A keen, energetic organiser, Rachel thrives best when working with people and prioritising customers’ needs to ensure that they have a smooth transition when buying an igloo home.

Rachel joined igloo in 2009 and has grown into her position as igloo’s Head of Customer Experience. In her first role within the businesses, she managed the Derwent Business Centre, a 42,000 sq ft multi-tenanted building in Derby. Moving full time into igloo customer care in 2014, Rachel has expanded her reach into the residential world of igloo, honing her skills as an excellent communicator dealing with sales management, front line customer response, handover processes and the management of defects.  

Rachel lives igloo’s values through each customer interaction and regularly provides insights to the management team that drive change and support the continuously improving igloo customer experience.
