With a passion for delivering transformative change, Peter is responsible for igloo’s growth strategy, overseeing the successful funding and delivery of over 30 national strategic regeneration projects.

Peter joined igloo as a Development Director in 2006. Now Chief Executive, he leads igloo’s £1bn programme of sustainable urban development and investment.

Peter has led the creation of multiple successful national partnerships with both public and private partners, and managed client relationships at all levels. With a trusted track record of running the core project review timetable for igloo, Peter oversees the performance and impact of projects across the portfolio.

Well-known in the industry and viewed by partners as a trusted figurehead in the field of development management, Peter is a key driver of igloo’s values and purpose. As one of the original creators of igloo’s Footprint® methodology, he has always ensured we demonstrate sustainability through impact-led investment for a range of investors - from institutions and city councils to Communities and commercial hubs.
