Peter Conboy

A trusted figure in the region and sector nationally, Peter is a Development Director for igloo and Blueprint who also leads the climate change and carbon dimension of our Footprint® methodology.

Peter brings his wealth of 30 years’ experience in the property development industry to craft excellent design teams and build strong partner relationships, which have gone on to create or transform once undesirable neighbourhoods into sought-after places to live and work. His expertise extends across development, valuation and financial appraisal, particularly in a regeneration context.

He is a full member of the RICS and was previously Associate Director at ABROS, where he led the regeneration and property team. He was also the Development Director at Leicester Regeneration Company, leading the project delivery of a number of high-profile schemes within the city.

Outside of his day-to-day activities at igloo, Peter has appeared as an expert witness on embodied carbon in development at the Parliamentary Environmental Audit Committee and is a non-executive industry expert on the UKGBC Research Task groups.
