Michelle Williams

Michelle is a Project Director specialising in the delivery of housing and commercial regeneration projects at igloo.

Michelle joined igloo in 2020, bringing with her over 15 years’ experience working in Central London and other regional areas of the UK, including managing mixed-use developments on difficult sites and large refurbishment projects within listed buildings.

While she has an architectural background, Michelle is MRICS qualified in project management.  

Michelle’s been heavily involved in the Riverside Sunderland masterplan development, as well as the regeneration of Stephenson Quarter, the mixed-use development project in Newcastle. She is also integral to the design development, procurement and delivery in our net zero scheme with the Crown Estate in Knutsford.
