Matt Woolgar

Matt is responsible for establishing and leading project teams through acquisition, design, planning, procurement and construction, all the way to the sales phases of the development cycle.

Matt joined igloo in April 2023, his latest move in a successful career that’s included roles as a Quantity Surveyor, Associate Director of Development for CA Ventures and, most recently, Project Director at Hadley Property Group.

At igloo, he’s currently focusing on the Central Winchester Regeneration Project, a project by Jigsaw Consortium, a partnership between Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Limited and PfP igloo, and Oakfield in Swindon – a community-driven residential project by Nationwide Building Society that is being led and managed by igloo.

With his love of design and the impact the built environment has on everyday life, Matt is passionate about delivering an exciting new addition to the historic centre of Winchester, whilst making a positive impact on the planet as a whole.
