With a vast understanding and enthusiasm for sustainable regeneration, Louise embraces and promotes the igloo culture. With a wealth of experience managing teams and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, she’s the one that ensures we’re all pulling in the same direction to create change.
For over 20 years, Louise has worked as a finance professional, spearheading transformative projects for homebuilders such as David Wilson Homes, Bovis, and Countryside Properties, enabling improved structure, processes and profitability.
