As one of our talented Development Directors at igloo, Kym leads and instils Community-led development across our neighbourhoods.
Kym established our specialist igloo Community builders team which focuses on providing development management services to communities to facilitate locally led regeneration.
In recognition for her amazing work at igloo – more specifically her work with the Leathermarket Community Benefit Society – in 2017, Kym won the British Property Federation’s ‘Tomorrow’s Leaders’ award for Community Engagement.
Outside of her role, Kym continues her passion for providing high-quality, affordable housing as a board member of The Community Land Trust Network.
