Customer Experience Administrator
Heather works as a Customer Experience Administrator across Blueprint’s Nottingham projects and is responsible for the aftercare of our residents when they move into their homes.
Working within the Blueprint team, Heather is responsible for handling all customer service-related tasks, in particular, the aftercare once people move into their new homes. Primarily covering the Trent Basin, Trent Works, Ironworks and LSY projects, she works first-hand with our customers and homeowners to ensure they are kept in the loop every step of the way.
