Passionate about development that has a positive impact, Alec is a skilled and creative Development Director who’s responsible for the conception and delivery of complex urban development across igloo and Blueprint portfolios.
Alec joined the business in 2007, bringing his drive and enthusiasm for sustainable, considered development into everything he does. As Development Director, he’s responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of our neighbourhoods – which have most recently included Ouseburn Valley in Newcastle and the Fruit Market development in Nottingham – incorporating the principles of igloo’s rigorous Footprint® process into everything he does.
