With Aviva Investors we created the igloo Regeneration Fund, described by the United Nations as ‘the world’s first responsible real estate fund’.

We were the first to advocate Tax Increment Finance (back in 1997) and have been at the forefront of making JESSICA European funding work in the UK.

We created the first Community Chest to enable our client's tenants to partner with them and with their local communities to provide small grants to local good causes to improve local quality of life and health, happiness and well being.
