Aviva Investors is a global asset management business dedicated to building and providing clients with focused investment solutions.  It is owned by Aviva plc, the world’s fifth largest insurance group.

We work with Aviva through our shared management of the Igloo Regeneration Partnership, Isis Waterside Regeneration Partnership and the Blueprint Limited Partnership.

BBC

On behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government, we are the team responsible for bringing the BBC to Porth Teigr at Cardiff Bay and the subsequent development of the new 200,000sq ft Drama Village, the BBC studios used to film programmes such as Dr Who, Torchwood, Casualty and Pobol Y Cym.

Blueprint

The Blueprint Limited Partnership is a 50:50 public/private partnership established to deliver ground breaking sustainable regeneration across the East Midlands.  Blueprint’s design-led approach focuses on delivering thriving new places providing new homes, new work spaces and new opportunity - all underpinned by fair financial returns for the investors.

Working with EMDA, HCA (then English Partnerships) and the igloo Regeneration Partnership, we established the vehicle and remain the executive team behind Blueprint today – we are responsible for everything Blueprint does, from the back-office to the on-the-ground delivery of regeneration projects and management of assets.

Carillion

Carillion is one of the UK's leading support services and construction companies, employing around 50,000 people with a portfolio of projects covering health, education and regeneration, road, rail, defence and commercial property.

We worked with Carillion on the design and development of the International Broadcast Centre and Media Press Centre for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

We have an ongoing relationship thorough the HCA Delivery Partner Panel tasked with delivering housing.

Castle College

Castle College, Nottingham was formed by the merger of Broxtowe College and The People's College in 2006.  The College has a number of centres and campuses across Nottinghamshire.

On behalf of Castle College, we developed the Highfields Automotive & Engineering Academy at Nottingham Science Park.  This RIBA commended, landmark building has become a centre of excellence in automotive training, providing a national centre for Toyota's Apprenticeship Academy as well as offering a range of courses for up to 600 Castle College students.

Homes and Communities Agency

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is the government's housing and regeneration agency for England, whose role is to create thriving communities and affordable homes.  They support the delivery of the ambitions of their local partners to provide better places that offer great homes and good jobs in well-served communities.

As one of the partners to Blueprint, we are responsible for managing the HCA’s investment in the vehicle and we have delivered a number of projects on their behalf including the award winning mixed use scheme Phoenix Square in Leicester and Green Street in The Meadows in Nottingham.

igloo Regeneration Partnership – an Aviva Investors fund

We provide development management services, asset management services and sustainable investment processes for this market leading partnership of pension, life and charity funds.

Investors in the igloo Regeneration Partnership fund include Barclays Investment Funds Limited, Derbyshire County Council, ING Real Estate (on behalf of a local authority client), Lincolnshire County Council Local Government Pension Fund, and RSPB Pension & Life Assurance Fund.

Isis Waterside Regeneration Partnership

Isis is the award winning waterside regeneration company owned by British Waterways, igloo Regeneration Partnership and MUSE Developments.

Isis' business is based on ethical principles with a different, progressive approach to urban renaissance.

We sit on the Board of Isis on behalf of the igloo Regeneration Partnership and lead a number of Isis development teams.  Isis also develops in accordance with a Sustainable Investment policy based on that developed by us for the igloo Regeneration Partnership.

London Borough of Hackney

One of the London Boroughs most closely engaged with the 2012 Olympics development and its legacy, we have worked with the London Borough of Hackney on the legacy programme and the impact the games will have on the Borough.

Welsh Assembly Government

The Welsh Assembly Government is the devolved Government for Wales tasked with improving the lives of people in Wales and making Wales a better place in which to live and work.

In Cardiff we are delivering Porth Teigr, the 38 acre final phase of Cardiff Bay, working for the igloo Regeneration Partnership as development manager in their joint venture with the Welsh Assembly Government.
